Shipping & Returns

1. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and sent using USPS Priority Mail.
2. All sales are FINAL. Exchanges are allowed only to unworn clothing and certain accessory items for the same item in a different size.
3. Pre-order items may take between 4-5 weeks but usually arrive sooner. Each item has a different case and buyer will be notified through email of estimated shipping times.
